1. Acceptance of Terms

These terms govern access to and use of guided inner work sprints for executives, info products, and goods offered by innertracking at innertracking.site.

2. Service Offerings

For the purposes of these terms, the following categories apply:

  • Guided Inner Work Sprints for Executives: Live or recorded personal development sessions.
  • Info Products: Digital downloads including courses, workbooks, and templates.
  • Goods: Physical items such as books or branded materials.

3. Service Provision

Sessions are scheduled at times agreed by both parties. Clients must provide at least 48 hours notice to reschedule. Late changes may not be accommodated.

4. Digital Product Access

Upon successful payment, access credentials or download links will be provided. Clients are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of access details.

5. Physical Goods Delivery

Shipping estimates will be provided at checkout. innertracking is not liable for delays caused by carriers.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

Guided Inner Work Sprints for Executives

Clients may request a refund or rescheduling up to 14 days before the scheduled session. To request a change, contact us via the contact form. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days. If notice is provided less than 14 days before the session, no refund will be granted, but one rescheduling opportunity may be offered as a courtesy.

Info Products

Due to the immediate nature of digital delivery, all sales for info products are final once access is granted. If technical issues prevent access, clients may receive credit toward another info product upon verification of the issue within 5 days of delivery.

Goods

Physical items may be sent back within 30 days of delivery in original and unused condition. innertracking will inspect the item and, if approved, issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 working days of receipt. Shipping costs are non-refundable. To initiate a send-back request, complete the contact form.

7. Modifications to Terms

innertracking reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes by email or via the website.
